The YWCA Richmond is seeking a Senior Accountant II to own the month-end close, lead reconciliations across multiple data sources, and develop dashboards to guide leadership decisions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will ensure accurate financial information across affiliated entities.
With 4–6 years of nonprofit accounting experience, you will support audits, grant reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while mentoring junior finance staff.
