The primary responsibility of the Electrical Construction Project Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support for electrical construction projects.
This position serves as the administrative backbone for project teams, ensuring all documentation, communications, and administrative processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

A day in the life:
- Process project setups, billings, change orders, etc. in accounting system (Penta)
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly project reports as required.
- Assist with jobsite documentation requirements, including drawings, Site Safety Plan, etc.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist project teams in resolving issues or addressing inquiries.
- Assist with job closeout documentation according to project specifications.
- Provide technological support for various types of software and hardware.
- Act as a backup for preconstruction and other construction administration functions, as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
You should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current or previous work experience in the Construction or Building Service industry providing administrative support.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- Experience with document control systems and processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate professional demeanor and positive attitude
