Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO (Project Management)
Location:
Richmond, VA (Full-Time, In-Office)
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
Are you ready to make an impact at a leading non-profit organization? We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will serve as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and anticipatory
- A strong communicator
- Strategically minded
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Professional in presence and demeanor
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
- Ensure the Office of the CEO operates with precision, professionalism, and efficiency
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years experience supporting senior executives
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
