The Chief of Staff will function as a strategic partner and force-multiplier for the CEO. This role is responsible for executing the company's vision with a primary focus on our number one priority: driving profitable growth and fostering a culture centered on customer intimacy.
This individual will act as a critical liaison between the CEO, C‑suite, board members, and other stakeholders, while also assisting in driving key projects as part of a strategic PMO function. The Chief of Staff ensures organizational alignment and the successful delivery of goals under the CEO's guidance.
While the position is highly strategic with immediate exposure to C‑suite and board planning, the ideal candidate must be hands‑on, seamlessly blending executive support, office management, and executive assistant duties. This is a fast‑paced role for a proactive, discreet, and meticulous leader who can thrive in a dynamic environment and manage highly confidential information.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution:
Works directly with the CEO and C‑Suite to execute strategic priorities, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring all aspects of their daily work are aligned with company goals. - Stakeholder Management:
Serves as a key advisor and primary liaison between the CEO, KORE constituents, and external contacts, managing critical relationships and communications. - Executive Operations:
Manages complex and dynamic calendars for key executives, coordinating meetings, appointments, and speaking engagements while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to optimize efficiency. - Logistics & Travel:
Coordinates all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and managing all logistical details to ensure a smooth and productive travel experience. - Project & Event Management:
Drives the development of strategic presentations, agendas, and communications for internal and external audiences. Organizes and manages KORE events, from internal meetings and company‑wide gatherings to client‑facing functions. - Administrative Oversight:
Maintains some administrative duties, including overseeing office management, partnering with vendors, and ensuring financial policies are followed for expense submissions and office needs. - Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handles highly confidential matters with the utmost integrity and diplomacy.

Qualifications- Minimum of 5-7+ years of related experience in an executive-level support or strategic operations role.
- Proven experience in project management, event planning, and coordinating complex travel logistics.
- Exceptional integrity, diplomacy, and discretion, with proven experience in maintaining highly confidential information.
