Hiring Range: Salary commensurate with experience of the applicant. Salary range of $41,600 to $51,000.

Job Description

Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. As part of our Division of Student Affairs, Reynolds seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support office operations, supplies management, and internal coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
