Overview
Title: Office Clerk/ Office Assistant
Location: Richmond, VA 23230
Salary: $15.00/Hour on w2 without benefits
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Parking Fee: $24.50 Monthly
Job Description Responsibilities- Associates will be presented with tax returns with and without checks attached. Associates will sort documents by type of tax return, segregating returns with a check. Associates will inspect tax returns for missing documentation and other characteristics and make determinations based on written instructions.
- This task requires accuracy.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to meet established production standards.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Constant motion/repetitive movement.
- Ability to understand the different types of tax forms and make sound decisions.
- Ability to maintain integrity and organization of documents & checks.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. of paper documents.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Ability to write legibly and transfer information.
