Overview
Mc Guire Woods has the need for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in our Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC offices. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production of digital marketing content for the firm’s website and related email communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of web content management, or comparable technical and administrative background, and a strong eye for detail.

- Assists with editing data and information in the firm’s content management system – including news, publications, event details – with a key focus on tracking and updating professional biographies.
- Coordinates production of e-communications requests, including announcements, news alerts and evites.
- Works with firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information on external sites is accurate and current.
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. BA or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using Word Press and email marketing platforms a plus.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
