We are seeking a Post Closing Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Multifamily Housing practice group, handling all aspects of preparation, review, and delivery of loan packages to agency and non‑agency investors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Track loan delivery due dates and maintain a database with current delivery details.
- Review loan documents, pro forma and final title policies, endorsements, recorded loan documents, and surveys for accuracy and completeness.
- Assemble and submit complete loan delivery packages in accordance with precise requirements and due dates of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and applicable lenders.
- Coordinate resources inside and outside the firm to obtain necessary revisions to delivery documents.
- Display a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and a willingness to continue learning and developing skills.
- Communicate effectively and provide superior customer service to attorneys, staff, title companies, and clients.
- Make edits and revisions as needed, including strong proofreading skills.
- Perform routine clerical tasks (printing, photocopying, scanning) within tight deadlines in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines, with flexibility to manage demands outside traditional business hours.
- Organize a high volume of materials while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire familiarity with, the roles and functions of Multifamily Housing and applicable laws or guidelines.
- Work independently and adaptively in a large, fast‑paced team environment.
- Willingness to assist teammates as necessary.
- Follow complex instructions accurately.
High school diploma. Preference may be given to candidates with additional experience in multifamily housing legal support or related fields.
CompensationBase Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00.
