Job Overview

Assist our Production Department—scanning, retrieving images from different websites, fulfilling orders, maintaining incoming data and providing general office support.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Scan, organize and maintain documents and records.
  • Correct and index images from scanner.
  • Add, update and manage information across various databases.
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with departmental projects.
  • Maintain regular, in‑person attendance Monday through Friday during scheduled work hours.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate professionally with employees, management, customers and vendors via email, phone, video and in‑person communication.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness to team and customer needs.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong initiative and independent decision‑making.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
