As an On-Site Office Administrator you will…

  • Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
  • Verify time-cards, confirm missing punches, update time-cardinformation
  • Walk in new hires and/or interviews
  • Process new hire badge requests
  • Put togetherwrite-up information and issue write ups as needed
  • Update various data trackers with candidate information
  • Assist with invoicing issues as needed
  • Gathering interview feedback from managers as needed
  • Assist contractors with conversion paperwork
  • Terminate contractors if recruiter or manager are not available
  • Communicate updates to management on compliance issues or needs regarding contractors
  • Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience
