Job Title
Assists the Program Director with all duties.
Specific Duties- Assist the Program Director in developing and managing the programming schedule and shadowing sessions
- Monitor, maintain, and respond to the Program Director Gmail account
- Communicate with all DJs about University and FCC rules and regulations
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the professional staff
• Must have prior experience of 1-semester minimum as part of the WDCE organization
• Must possess problem solving and growth mindset with a positive attitude and an initiative to resolve questions or concerns
• Must work a minimum of 2 office hours per week
• Preferred qualification of a 1-hour (minimum) on-air show
• Must attend all weekly Executive Board meetings and General Staff Meetings (unless previously-approved absence)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms and social media platforms
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Approx. 6-12 hours/week
