Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Studio Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring all studios run efficiently and at a consistently high standard. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone looking to get their career in Interior Design started.
Responsibilities& Duties
- Keep the office organized and client-ready at all times
- Maintain an organized library of materials, samples and finishes
- Greet and welcome all studio visitors
- Support the design team with administrative and project tasks as needed
- Run errands as needed (post office, deliveries, material pickups, coffee runs, office supplies etc)
- Monitor and communicate office supply and facility maintenance needs
- Assist with general studio upkeep, including trash and common areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Mac OS.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to problem solve
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel between offices and project sites.

- Must have reliable vehicle to travel to project sites
- Requires comfort working both independently and collaboratively with teams across multiple locations.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to view and interpret detailed drawings, renderings, and technical documents both digitally and on paper.
- Must be able to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed to review materials, samples, or perform site visits.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., material boards, sample boxes, or presentation materials).
- Must be able to clearly communicate with clients, team members, and vendors in both in-person and virtual settings.
