Position SummaryEnsure the smooth flow of the day‑to‑day administrative functions of an executive office by assisting management in any function necessary while maintaining a professional and confidential attitude. Interfaces with EVP Performance Food service, as well as other senior management personnel, and co‑workers. Functions as a team member within the department and cross‑functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
PositionResponsibilities
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as suppliers and customers, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings.
- Create presentations, reports and forms using a personal computer as requested by management.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management, as needed.
- Travel periodically based on event coordination needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, and interaction across the organization at all levels, including external vendors, suppliers, and agencies.
- Associate's Degree/2‑Year Technical Business, Marketing, or related field.
