Position: Practice Team Assistant, Real Estate - $50K-$63K - Richmond

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a direct hire Practice Team Assistant to support their Real Estate practice in the Richmond, VA office! If you're detail-oriented, possess strong communications skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Job:

  • Coordinate workflows by tracking timelines and deliverables and communicating across teams.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and materials.
  • Record and track the team's billable time.
  • Organize and maintain the firm's electronic document system.
  • Support additional administrative projects tasks as requested.

About You:

  • Previous office experience, which can include internships, is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity working within a legal or real estate environment preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with strong prioritization and detail-oriented capabilities.

About the Position:

  • $50K-$63KK (DOE) with comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid schedule with 4 days/week on-site.
  • Beautiful office in the heart of Richmond!
