Max Motors Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Admin to join our team. As a leading dealership in the automotive industry, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a motivated individual who shares our passion for excellence.

As a Warranty Admin, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate warranty services, and that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze warranty claims to determine validity and compliance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Process warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
  • Communicate with manufacturers to obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely reimbursement for warranty claims
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, payments, and other related documents
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries related to warranty claims
  • Collaborate with the service department to identify and resolve any potential warranty issues
  • Monitor warranty parts inventory and order necessary parts as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with dealership software systems
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
