Program & Training Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Training & CLE team with all logistics of firm‑sponsored CLE programs for lawyers and clients, including meeting scheduling, RSVP logistics, nametag preparation, compliance tracking, and other relevant materials.
  • Apply for CLE accreditation of firm‑sponsored courses in approved jurisdictions and prepare applications for CLE credit for individual programs in other jurisdictions as needed.
  • Issue CLE credit for firm‑sponsored programs, including certificates of attendance, entering credits in CE Manager, and reporting credit to CLE regulators.
  • Stay abreast of CLE rule changes and related developments in all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Prepare annual CLE reports and other statistical reports required by state boards of bar examiners for jurisdictions in which the firm maintains accreditation.
  • Update and maintain CLE content on the firm intranet.
  • Monitor the CLE Management email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain on‑demand resources for third‑party learning platforms, including PLI and ABA CLE Library.
  • Coordinate resources and logistics for other firm‑sponsored programs, including mentoring programs and practice group trainings.
  • Maintain key department documents such as policies, rosters, intranet pages, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research on market data and other subjects, preparing reports in various formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Collaborate with Legal Talent teams (Recruiting, Inclusion, & Coaching) and other administrative departments (practice management, IT, marketing, HR).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of CLE rules and regulations in multiple jurisdictions strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide quality service while exercising sound independent judgment, tact, and discretion.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, with excellent attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • In‑depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Positive team player who can perform in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and become familiar with new tools and technologies.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support of teams or senior leadership.

Experience in a legal or other professional services firm, law school, bar association, or CLE provider strongly preferred.

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00
