Human Touch Home Health is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond, Virginia office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our clinical team, leadership, patients, and referral partners.

What You'll Do- Welcome patients, visitors, and referral partners with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with daily office operations
- Prepare, scan, file, and maintain patient and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative support for new hires
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized office environment
- Support leadership with reports, correspondence, and special projects
- Coordinate communication between clinicians, patients, physicians, and office staff
- Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Administrative or Office Experience Required
- Healthcare or Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Professional, Positive, and Team-Oriented Attitude
