Human Touch Home Health is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond, Virginia office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our clinical team, leadership, patients, and referral partners.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients, visitors, and referral partners with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and assist with daily office operations
  • Prepare, scan, file, and maintain patient and employee records
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative support for new hires
  • Order office supplies and maintain an organized office environment
  • Support leadership with reports, correspondence, and special projects
  • Coordinate communication between clinicians, patients, physicians, and office staff
  • Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Administrative or Office Experience Required
  • Healthcare or Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Professional, Positive, and Team-Oriented Attitude
