Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives within a fast-paced technology organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, calendar management expertise, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other executive documentation.
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and off-site activities.
- Communicate professionally with executives, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with department administration and site-specific activities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Administrative Assistant or related administrative experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership.
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Bank of America experience.
- Experience supporting Global Technology organizations.
- Microsoft Copilot experience.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite each week. Candidates must be available to work onsite from Day 1.
