We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale engineering and project execution program. If you have experience coordinating technical projects, managing documentation, and keeping teams on track, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Remote (Support to Norfolk, VA as needed)
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate project meetings and document decisions
- Support engineering coordination and document control
- Maintain project records in SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Prepare project status reports and dashboards
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
- 2–5 years of project coordination, project controls, engineering, construction, or technical administration experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience managing project documentation, action logs, and schedules
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel); experience with Power BI or Microsoft Project is a plus
- Experience in offshore, marine, industrial, engineering, construction, or energy projects is preferred
