Typical Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling priorities
- Coordinating meetings, presentations, and executive events
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and executive-level documents
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting board meetings and leadership communications
- Tracking projects, action items, and deadlines
- Screening calls and serving as a liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Coordinating expense reports and reimbursement documentation
- Supporting office operations and administrative initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Executive Support experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership, or high-level management teams
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional judgment and a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Pay Details: $27.00 to $38.00 per hour
