SUMMARY:

This position coordinates and manages the logistics for trainings, events, and program evaluation for the Virginia Wraparound Implementation Center (VWIC). The role supports the continued development of innovative, collaborative services that meet stakeholder needs and oversees administrative operations for the department and agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learning Management System & Data
  • Manage training, resources, and workforce tracking in the VWIC Portal (the VWIC Learning Management System).
  • Maintain the statewide directory of approved High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) providers.
  • Generate routine reports from the VWIC Portal and other systems as requested by DBHDS.
Quality Improvement & Coordination
  • Coordinate training, fidelity, and outcomes efforts with the Center for Evidence-Based Partnerships (CEP-Va).
  • Interpret fidelity and outcomes data and share feedback with VWIC and statewide HFW providers to support quality improvement.
  • Support statewide fidelity improvement efforts through file reviews, action planning, and professional development plans.
  • Provide limited HFW coaching and/or training during periods of increased workforce demand.
Administrative & Event Operations
  • Oversee all aspects of VWIC administrative operations, including logistical and administrative support.
  • Work independently and collaboratively on ongoing and special projects.
  • Negotiate event locations and manage related purchases.
  • Assist with scheduling, registration, logistics, and purchasing for trainings and virtual/in-person events.
  • Manage invoices for contracted trainers and other VWIC purchases.
  • Compile reports and record minutes for the VWIC advisory board and other meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Communications & Resources
  • Maintain and update the VWIC website as needed.
  • Create and distribute supplemental VWIC workforce resources.
  • Create and distribute the monthly VWIC newsletter.
  • Provide customer service support to new and existing HFW workforce members.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One year certificate from college or technical school; or a high school diploma and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and skills. Ability to understand and effectively use computer applications and other office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Word Press, and Mail Chimp. Familiarity with VA’s child welfare system preferred.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $53,000
