What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership operations a plus
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
