We have an immediate opening for an experienced Tire Technician to join our growing team at our Richmond, VA hub location. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fleet shop environment, you’ll be a great fit. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Technician to join our team.

This position is responsible for mounting and dismounting tires, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all tire services are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Mount and dismount passenger, light truck, and commercial tires using appropriate equipment.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Balance tires and install wheel weights as needed.
• Clean and organize the shop, workstations, and tire storage areas.
• Maintain shop equipment and keep tools in good working condition.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and stocking tire inventory.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and professionalism.
• Assist other technicians and team members as needed.
• Perform additional shop duties assigned by management.

• Previous tire service or automotive experience is preferred but not required; training is available for motivated candidates.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
