Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Own sourcing strategy and execution for assigned healthcare product categories, delivering cost savings, supply assurance, and quality compliance
- Lead supplier negotiations using market intelligence to optimize pricing, terms, capacity, and long‑term value
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners across Product, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Inventory
- Drive sourcing decisions using total cost of ownership and risk‑based frameworks
- Identify and mitigate sourcing risks including geopolitical exposure, supplier concentration, capacity, and quality issues
- Oversee sampling, validation, and artwork approval processes to support smooth product launches
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve supplier or product issues and manage specification changes
- Monitor global supply markets and disruption signals, translating insights into proactive sourcing actions
- Align sourcing decisions with production planning, inventory optimization, and service‑level targets
- Lead negotiations related to supplier cost increases while preserving strategic relationships
- Champion continuous improvement in sourcing models, supplier strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration

- Experience working with global suppliers and cross‑functional teams
- Exposure to international sourcing and regulated products
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Financially driven, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Open to a hybrid work arrangement
