Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for assigned healthcare product categories, delivering cost savings, supply assurance, and quality compliance
• Lead supplier negotiations using market intelligence to optimize pricing, terms, capacity, and long‑term value
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners across Product, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Inventory
• Drive sourcing decisions using total cost of ownership and risk‑based frameworks
• Identify and mitigate sourcing risks including geopolitical exposure, supplier concentration, capacity, and quality issues
• Oversee sampling, validation, and artwork approval processes to support smooth product launches
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve supplier or product issues and manage specification changes
• Monitor global supply markets and disruption signals, translating insights into proactive sourcing actions
• Align sourcing decisions with production planning, inventory optimization, and service‑level targets
• Lead negotiations related to supplier cost increases while preserving strategic relationships
• Champion continuous improvement in sourcing models, supplier strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (required)
• 9+ years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• 1+ year of people management or leadership experience
• Experience working with global suppliers and cross‑functional teams
• Exposure to international sourcing and regulated products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Financially driven, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Open to a hybrid work arrangement
