Duration: 12 months

Pay: $28-$30/hour (No flexibility)

We’re partnering with a growing in‑house legal team to hire a Temporary Contracts Manager to support their procurement and commercial contracts function.

This team is responsible for negotiating and processing a wide range of procurement and commercial agreements, including:

• MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and SaaS Agreements
• Supporting low‑risk contract work and light drafting
• Partnering with internal business stakeholders and third‑party managers
• Coordinating directly with external vendors on redlines
• Managing signature processes and uploading agreements into the contract repository
• Drafting order forms and simple amendments to MSAs/SOWs
• Spotting risk and supporting general contract processes end‑to‑end

• 3–5+ years of corporate / commercial experience
• Focus on simpler contracts and amendments
• Highly executional and process‑driven
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, business‑facing legal team
