Position: Lead Strategy Associate / Strategy Associate
** Relevant experience:
** 2+ years experience in management consulting or similar in-house role (experience in insurance is a plus, not a must)  
** Problem solving ability:
** Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex issues into logical components and develop clear recommendations.
** Strong communication skills
**** Team player**:
Demonstrated collaborative ability, both within immediate team and wider company. Ability to build relationships across functions.
** Ability to manage multiple work streams
** Ability to run multiple efforts simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain a flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel.#LI-SY#LI-Hybrid Job level and title offered to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, specialized skills relevant to the role, and possession of the outlined preferred qualifications.
