Paying a credit card is one of the most fundamental moments that we have with our customers. It directly impacts their ability to manage finances effectively, maintain good credit standing and over time grow their credit line and expand into different products and services.

Given the impact that a payment decision has on a customer’s financial health and the rapidly changing technological and regulatory landscape, payments is an area with ample opportunity for us to Change Banking for Good.

Today we support a number of channels that customers can make a payment in, including the Capital One mobile app and authenticated Web experience, IVR, Agent, in a branch or cafe, ATM and more. We are looking for a Manager, Product Manager who will be the product lead for the Web channel.

• Develop a strategic vision and OKRs
• Iterate through a test and learn agenda, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver new capabilities, features and experiences on your roadmap
• Manage key stakeholders and partners
• Lead your tech team through agile ceremonies including PI and sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
