About the TeamWe are seeking Product Managers to work on Axon, a Capital One developed platform that drives customer and agent experiences, as well as back-end interactions, to support informed decisioning for Capital One and customers. The vision is a standardized and configurable human intervention orchestration capability that can span use cases including Acquisitions, Line Management, Fraud, and other growth initiatives. You will help us understand user needs and define the direction of the platform.
We seek candidates passionate about new technologies and scaling platforms for enterprise usage, while collaborating with an amazing team.
In this role, you will work with internal business customers, architects, engineers, analysts, process and operations leaders to define the Axon product strategy and modernize core decisioning capabilities. We are seeking Product Owners motivated to apply their skills to develop elegant, modernized solutions that create great experiences for internal users and Capital One customers.

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries refer to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.
- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
