Analyst, Business, Financial Analyst

Our Client is seeking an Analyst to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for the following:
Processing business refunds (Front Counter)
Researching outstanding balances
Analyzing business accounts
Helping with business licenses
Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client's customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting or related field
Beginner to Intermediate Excel
Be able to work into spreadsheets and create basic formulas
Pivot Tables & V-Lookups are a plus
Prior Customer Account/Service Experience
