* Job Summary:
** As McKesson transitions its Medical-Surgical business unit into a new independent entity, we are seeking a project coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative project support for the stand-up of the new company’s Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Global Security functions.
Reporting to the , this role owns the day-to-day tracking of separation milestones and planning, coordinating cross-functional activities, risk escalation, and leadership-ready status reporting to ensure the new business unit is operational.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who can translate leadership direction into structured project tracking, organize and facilitate complex meeting schedules and stakeholder meetings, and relentlessly follow-through with cross-functional teams to ensure that no action item falls through the cracks during a high-stakes business separation.

* Key Responsibilities:
** data and requirements from various business functions (IT, Facilities, HR, Operations) to support the development of "right-sized"
** IT Build Support:

** Assist in facilitating discovery sessions to capture business requirements and track to progress of the Security/EH&S IT solution build

** 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or business operations, preferably within a corporate transformation or M&A environment.

** Minimum Requirements
** Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
