- Coordinate timely delivery of cabinets and other products.
- Measure for all assigned jobs.
- Manage 3–5 projects concurrently.
- Verify all orders for accuracy.
- Handle purchasing and payables.
- Initiate and sign purchase orders for assigned jobs.
- Review installation details and coordinate job dates with the scheduling department, installers, contractors, and others.
- Arrange delivery of cabinet and other products to the job site, shop, and coordinate with customers.
- Coordinate final counter top dimensions with the fabricator.
- Inspect completion of all jobs and forward information regarding repairs or touch‑ups to the Production Manager.
- Uphold the quality of work on the jobs.
- Handle job issues with customers, employees, and contractors.
- Oversee jobs from start to finish.
- Help, teach, and join in on the work when needed.
- Problem‑solve on job sites.
- Maintain the shop cleanliness and organization.
- Participate jointly with the Production Manager in conducting regular operations meetings, which include:
- Potential or existing problems.
- Implementation of new programs or procedures.
- Procedural questions or issues.
- Recognition of good work performance.
- Information on the status of the business.
- Team ideas and suggestions.
- Assist the Production Manager in hiring support staff.
