The Community Liaison provides external outreach, service consultation, customer service, marketing activities, and internal communication and engagement within the Business Development Department. Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, generating contacts and leads for Intercept Health’s programs, developing and maintaining long‑term referral relationships, planning internal and external events, coordinating tours, conducting referral source in‑services, and serving as a liaison between referral sources and Intercept Health’s Life Bridge Continuum of Care.
Education and Experience Required- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, business development, or public relations, with an emphasis on developing new territories, target markets, and/or customer base.
- Experience managing an outside sales territory with a focus on customer service is preferred.
- A combination of related education and experience specific to the behavioral health industry may be substituted.
