We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas, and backgrounds, guided by our shared Values, come together to make Capital One a great company – and a great place to work.

The Enterprise Payments Product & Technology division is modernizing our core payment processing platforms to support the growing scale and complexity of how customers make payments and move money. These platforms are critical to transaction processing, resilience, and compliance. Our efforts focus on enhancing speed, scalability, and efficiency while ensuring security, reliability, and a seamless customer experience.

Role Overview:

This includes modernizing legacy systems, integrating automation and AI-driven capabilities, and ensuring compliance with evolving industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The pod is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the check processing platform architecture, including real-time processing components, image-based clearing solutions, and exception handling workflows.
