Hybrid work arrangement. Local candidates only.
Candidate must be able to work onsite 4 days per week during an initial 90‑day probationary period, with possibility of reduced onsite commitment thereafter.
Responsibilities- Analyze problems; document business processes; develop requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage requirements traceability and testing.
- Work with the project team members and business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
- Develop expertise in customer business applications.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies that require a business, technical or blended approach for resolution.
- Diagram current processes and proposed modifications using process flows, context diagrams and data flow diagrams.
- Discover and document requirements and user stories with a focus on improving both business and technical processing.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and other artifacts.
- Decompose requirements into epics and features; create clear and concise user stories that are easy to understand and implement by technical staff.
- Show strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Utilize progressive elaboration; map stories to technical design specifications to be used by internal staff to develop the system modifications.
- Identify and group related user stories into themes, document dependencies and associated business processes.
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Assist Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
- Create conceptual prototypes and mock‑ups; create wireframes and prototypes.
- Propose alternative solutions that balance cost and benefit and adequately test solutions feasibility for business and technical compatibility.
- Collaborate with staff, vendors, consultants, and contractors as they are engaged on tasks to formulate, detail and test potential and implemented solutions.
- Perform Quality Analyst functions such as defining test objectives, test plans and test cases, and executing test cases (including regression testing).
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business and ensure Project Managers/Scrum Masters are informed of the progress.
- Assist in validating system changes align with business requirements.
- Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare agendas, capture key decisions and action items, and distribute meeting notes.
- Serve as liaison between business users, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
