Hygiene Coordinator – River Run Dental – Multi-Location Support Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves solving scheduling challenges, and is driven by efficiency, communication, and results. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with technology, and making a real impact on patient care and practice growth—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do Own & Optimize Hygiene Schedules- Manage hygiene schedules across all locations
- Adjust, reschedule, and maximize appointments daily
- Maintain 5% or less downtime and work toward full schedule utilization
- Confirm all hygiene appointments using established protocols
- Proactively fill openings using waitlists, ASAP lists, and unscheduled patient reports
- Respond to patient communication platforms (Truelark, Axle, Liine, etc.)
- Monitor cancellations and reschedule requests in real time
- Apply cancellation protocols and minimize gaps
- Quickly fill last-minute openings
- Review all schedules each morning across all offices
- Remove unconfirmed appointments by midday
- Continuously fill openings throughout the day
- Track and report daily hygiene availability
- Assist with insurance verification and breakdowns (as time permits)
- Help fill doctor-side opportunities from unscheduled treatment lists
- Support patient communication and inbox management

- Hygiene schedules consistently at 5% downtime or less
- High confirmation rates and minimal last-minute gaps
- Fast response to schedule changes and patient communication
- Fully maximized hygiene opportunities across all locations
- Dental scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (phone, text, and written)
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Team player with the ability to work independently
