, where you’ll play a pivotal role in advocating for our partners, supporting their initiatives to optimize revenue, and enhancing their business processes.
You will manage and retain strategic partners, overseeing daily needs including reporting, program implementation, issue resolution, technical support, and client communication. You will serve as the internal partner expert and advocate, driving initiatives that optimize revenue, improve processes, and support program growth and expansion.
What to Expect in This RoleThis role will initially focus on supporting account management activities and operational execution, with the opportunity to take on full Account Specialist ownership and direct partner management responsibilities over time.
Way of WorkingThis position offers a hybrid way of working that includes two in-office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our office in Richmond, VA.
What You Will Do- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Assist in championing client and partner initiatives, collaborating with internal teams through to successful completion
- Support management of technology issues and solutions impacting partner performance
- Provide client invoicing, reporting, compensation and issue management
- Assist with communication of revenue optimization plans and results
- Provide operational support including policy and roster management, issue resolution, and monitoring/reporting of stuck policies
- Support monitoring of contractual service levels and obligations to ensure compliance, including executing required payments
- Assist sales teams in achieving revenue and profitability goals through reporting, analysis, and partner support
- Support planning, preparation, and participation in partner meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Assist with coordination of partner engagements, including meetings, onsite visits, training sessions, and agendas
- Support research and analysis of partner data, historical performance, and trends to inform business decisions
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships), preferably in client services, account management support, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Solid problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
Annualized base pay range is $59,670 - $87,516.
Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance‑based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
