Role SummaryResponsible for handling all NA export dry vessel/equipment/feeder space and allocations. All activities are done with commercial considerations as well as executing based on advisement by yield management.
Additional Responsibilities- Reviewing system performance within standby, adjusting constraints to match ONE business requirements and reviewing bookings that appear in the P1 marketing queue.
- Reviewing weekly AP submissions from sales, approving or declining any changes. Uploading final AP to P1.
- Actively collaborating with CFM and SYM Space teams to coordinate each stakeholders constraint set up, discuss upcoming challenges operationally and from customer perspective, as well as strategy and action items to address surplus and deficit space and EQC concerns.
- Communicating space/eq updates to the sales team through ONEForce updates, sales meetings and direct communication.
- Providing pricing analysts with vessel, feeder and EQC updates so the marketing analysts can make informed decisions on pricing requests.
- Proven ability in fundamental and mathematical analysis

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, while remaining detail-oriented Proficiency in MS applications Excel and Word
- Advanced knowledge of pivot tables, and formulas in MS Excel
- Strong business acumen
2+ industry experience and/or 1+ function related experience preferred

WorkSchedule
ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary RangeSalary Range: $50,000 to $70,000
