Capital One’s Project Orion is building an in‑house, next‑generation Card Core. Within the Data Consumption vertical, the Batch Data Publication team is rethinking how batch data is onboarded and utilized s role sits at the intersection of architecture and execution, steering the transition of thousands of historical batch consumers from legacy mainframe environments to the new core.

• Serve as the strategic bridge between users and the engineering teams, translating broad architectural vision into actionable plans.
• Champion the customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth migration of batch consumers with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product roadmap, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Identify and resolve complex problems, mitigating product risk while driving near‑term and long‑term value.

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent experience; at least 3 years of product management experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products.

Annual base salary ranges (subject to location and role):

• McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100
• New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000
