This program enables participants to gain broad exposure, develop critical business skills, and contribute meaningful value across the organization.

In this role, the Specialist completes 3-6 month rotations supporting various teams, including sales, product, channel, and customer experience. This exposure supports both business objectives and the Specialist’s professional development.

In partnership with the Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs within the HR Department, the Specialist actively develops their understanding of Brother’s business strategy and prepares for permanent placement within the organization. Program participants are encouraged to apply for internal opportunities and are required to obtain positions outside of the program within 42 months from their date of hire to continue their career progression at Brother.
