We’re looking for: A confident, organized, innovative and client-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Coordinator, Mobile and Community Distribution. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for events and programs focused on getting meals to our neighbors in need. You will be the owner and executor of targeted opportunities to engage with the communities we serve.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $52,000 per year

What you’ll do:

The Mobile & Community Distribution Coordinator leads the planning and execution of Feed More’s mobile distribution portfolio, including emergency response efforts and Feed More Freddie events (mobile market-style distributions utilizing a modified school bus). This role is responsible for supporting high-quality, safe, and dignified food distributions across a diverse service area.

The Senior Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for mobile distribution partners and operates as the on-site lead for events, managing logistics and volunteers in dynamic community environments. This role balances strong relationship management with operational excellence, using data, community insight, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously strengthen program impact and reach.

Program Execution & Field Operations

  • Coordinate execution of mobile and community food distributions, ensuring events are safe, efficient, and responsive to community needs.
  • When needed, serve as the on-site lead during distributions, managing set-up, flow, volunteer coordination, and real-time problem-solving.
  • Anticipate and respond to operational challenges including weather, product availability, attendance fluctuations, and site-specific constraints.
  • Support logistics coordination across departments, including transportation, inventory, volunteer services, and communications to ensure seamless execution.

Partner & Community Engagement

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for mobile distribution hosts and assigned community partners.
  • Build trust-based partnerships that support consistent, high-quality distributions and strengthen community presence.
  • Ensure partners understand and uphold program expectations, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent Feed More in the community, fostering an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and centered on dignity.
  • Work with the Network Engagement team to identify opportunities for new distribution sites based on community need, access barriers, and service gaps.
  • Provide direct, on-site leadership to volunteers when needed, creating a structured and positive experience while ensuring accountability to roles and expectations.
  • Train volunteers on distribution procedures, safety protocols, reporting, and neighbor interaction best practices.
