Harris Williams M&A Boot Camp
The Harris Williams M&A Boot Camp is an intensive two-week internship program based out of Richmond, Virginia headquarters. The program is scheduled for May 10-20, 2027. Boot Camp is designed for rising seniors to simulate the fast-paced and demanding environment in which a full-time Analyst is expected to perform.

Boot Camp Program Experience

What We Look For
- Excel – Understanding of formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting
- Accounting – Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet connect and willingness to deepen subject matter expertise over time
- Problem solving – Able to identify trends in data and articulate the impact of those patterns
