This position is an onsite role based out of our Richmond, VA office.
About youYou are a detail-oriented individual who thrives on managing deadlines and accurately performing your work. You bring expertise and understanding of commercial leases including extensive exposure to office and industrial portfolios. You understand that your contributions extend to the larger team, and you take pride in the quality of work that you produce.
- Assist in the review of the tenant rent, CAM, operating expense, tax, or insurance reimbursement reconciliation as required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
4+ years of experience reading leases, abstracting leases in a third-party environment.
Within the first 3 months, you will understand the structure of the organization, know when to elevate or delegate tasks as assigned, and complete work accurately and error-free.
Experience working with Yardi is preferred.

Approximate Compensation Rate for this Role: $31.92 to $38.47/hr
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
