We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join the Customer Supply Chain – Strategy and Systems Infrastructure team in the Richmond, VA area.

In this role you will be building strong cross-functional relationships, developing business strategies, and designing and delivering infrastructure to support our operating companies’ products, promotions, programs, and distribution channels.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop expertise and relationships across assigned operating companies and/or business segments and influence business initiatives.
  • Understand and translate operating company initiatives into order-to-cash system designs, and lead implementation of these designs to deliver for the business.
  • Own, manage, and streamline business critical order-to-cash master data and processes within assigned operating companies and/or business segments.
  • Influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and deliver results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement enhancements to order-to-cash systems to increase simplicity, efficiency, and automation.
  • Lead cross functional project initiatives, including planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing processes for opportunities to automate, simplify or optimize.
  • Develop and maintain clear comprehensive documentation for new and existing processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, develop solutions, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to support individual and team development.
What we want you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant supply chain/logistics 4+ years job experience required.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain management processes and systems.
  • Proven experience managing projects and delivering results.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including setup and functional use.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and functions. Demonstrates an understanding of broader business strategies and how the role contributes to enterprise priorities.
  • Quickly learns new skills and subject matter necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactively organizes, leads, and influences cross‑functional teams to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Curious, inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand systems, processes, and business opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both virtually and in person.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite and comfortable learning new technology quickly
