Principal Associate, Tech Learning Project Manager

This role will provide learning program management for our Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum. This person will own the learning needs analysis and stakeholder relationships to create the learning roadmap, partner with vendors, internal SMEs and others to deliver learning in a variety of modalities. This role is expected to identify and escalate issues in risks in their team s delivery and will be responsible for partnering with engineering to execute and deliver technical solutions.

In partnership with our engineering team, this role may lean into refining Tech College product roadmap and feature requirements.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience partnering with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and define new initiatives for business impact
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project or event management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
• Effective communication, both written and verbally, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 5 years experience in project, process or program management
• At least 1 year in communication or change management

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters / MBA degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills
