** Job Description
** The Technical Writer partners with Training and Operations to create, maintain, and improve Standard Work documentation that supports a safe, productive, and highly skilled workforce. This role ensures local and global processes are clearly documented, standardized, and accessible while supporting employee training and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Create, edit, translate, and maintain Standard Work and training documentation.
* Partner with Process Owners, Global Job Trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Support training programs by maintaining training plans, skill matrices, and training records.
* Manage documentation using company systems while ensuring version control and compliance.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities, process improvements, and new process implementation.
* Track training metrics and support audits to ensure training and documentation standards are met.
* Collaborate with global teams to promote standardized processes and share best practices.
** Training & Coordination
*** Experience creating or managing technical documentation in a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Strong written communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience supporting training programs, documentation management, or process improvement initiatives.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as needed.
* Starting hourly rate $36.00
** Compensation
* * The salary for this position has a range of $36.00 - $36.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
