In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on‑the‑job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you’ve used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

• Own the product strategy for BC&P’s product swaps capability where you’ll help design the E2E flow to provide customers with the product that is best for them.
• Use a combination of customer feedback and performance data to prioritise the potential use cases.
• Be the product manager for a tech team where you maintain the backlog, submit new intake requests, review requirements, remove roadblocks, and escalare/resolve issues when possible.

In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:

  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design.
  • Breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team toward lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test.
