Product Manager

Job Summary

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about helping businesses drive strategy with insightful, risk-informed decisions.

• Take part in an organization that is on an exciting and fast paced journey to transform risk management through technology.
• Seek feedback from users and work with business leaders to discover unmet needs to inform your product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products in support of risk oversight programs, risk advisory & challenge functions and oversight.
• Lead an integrated cross‑functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs to design and build innovative solutions.
• Be a thought leader in how we might leverage Machine Learning and AI to drive proactive, real‑time risk management.

• 3+ years of Product experience (agile delivery, product analysis)

Location:

Hybrid in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA.

• Pay Range: $40.00 to $56.00 per hour, W2
