Leasing Manager Responsibilities
As a leasing manager, your primary responsibility is to assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home. You will use high-level communication skills and strategic consultative selling techniques, leveraging your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, along with local community knowledge, to provide a positive and genuine experience.
Delivering a caring level of customer service is key to ensuring residents fully enjoy their living experience in a Pegasus community. You will help renewals become the norm rather than a challenge, contributing to the company’s sustainability.
Qualifications- Working knowledge of Social Media
- Microsoft Office product suite:
Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook - Marketing Concepts
- Customer-Focused with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Timely, organized, and efficient
- Adaptable, creative, and open-minded
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales savvy and eager to help people find the right home
