About the Team Are you ready to sit at the heart of Capital One's most critical operations? As a Product Manager on the Line of Business (LOB) Enablement team supporting the Card and Retail LOBs, you aren't just managing a product—you are building the bridge between visionary business intent and high-velocity engineering execution. This role is designed for a high-learning-velocity, technically curious generalist who thrives on deconstructing business intent and translating technical architectures into strategic roadmaps.

As a diplomatic consensus-builder, you will navigate our matrixed organization to align stakeholders across engineering, finance, and compliance, ensuring the seamless delivery of our next-generation financial foundation. Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

• OR
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
