Roles & Responsibilities :- Facilitate SOW's by working with Suppliers, Procurement, and PM's.
- Manage the creation, approval, and tracking of Purchase Orders.
- Perform actual/budget tracking, including forecasting in support of PM and budget cycle needs.
- Maintain project status documents with guidance from Project Manager.
- Update resource allocations on projects with guidance from Project Manager.
- Project and Program Operations professional with 15 years of experience supporting large portfolios of projects through procurement coordination, documentation management, budget oversight, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience managing Statements of Work, procurement activities, contract administration, onboarding initiatives, and supplier coordination across multiple project managers.
- Strong background supporting project financials, budget tracking, schedule management, and executive reporting, with experience monitoring multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving process improvements to enhance visibility, compliance, and delivery performance.
- Experienced working closely with Project Managers, vendors, procurement teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain accurate documentation, track dependencies, and provide status updates across numerous concurrent projects.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with advanced experience leveraging SharePoint and other project management tools to support workflow management, reporting, procurement coordination, budget administration, and project governance activities.
